"THE 21 EMOTIONS EXERCISE" (the actual exercise)

For all those who demanded that the exercises be made available to the public online, both the above exercises are now accessible via the links provided above. As well as quickly finding out what your emotional statistics are at this moment in time, there is a complete printout that will explain those emotions and what you can do to take control. THE 21 EMOTIONS EXERCISE (duly explained within the this book) should be used whenever a decision has to be made. It's accuracy to guide someone to a positive end result is unchallenged. THE CYCLICAL EMOTIONS PERSONALITY TRAIT EXERCISE is an indepth personal synopsis that is explained in the book under "Genetic Personality Traits". This exercise takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Some will argue that decisions are founded strictly on logical information or on the result of analytical data. The essence of human reactions proves them wrong.

The real issue is our ability to understand and act upon how emotions govern the decision process. The fundamental question we are always faced with is: "How do I feel about the decision I am about to make?"

When many emotional thoughts enter our mind at the same time, there is a definite tendency to procrastinate: ultimately procrastination causes indecisiveness, incorrect decisions and the greater burden of negative stress normally associated with our inability to move on.

The successful decision makers are those who can combine sound knowledge and understanding with the fullest use of their intuition and "gut reaction" when faced with a choice.

To increase our level of accurate intuitiveness, it is necessary to understand how emotions activate the "MAINFRAME" of our intuitive powers. Emotions enhance or hinder intuition. The awareness of which emotions affect us at a particular moment, enables us to improve the control we have on every decision that has to be made. Good decisions lead to the achievement of our goals and conversely, we berate ourselves when we make the wrong decisions.

A journey into the workings of the mind, facilitates the understanding of HOW one can offset incorrect decisions.

After 20 years of research, trials and errors and extensive practical experience, it was discovered that 3 governing emotions influence every decision. They are:

  • a Positive motivating emotion prior to making a decision

  • a Negative hindering emotion which causes procrastination

  • a Corrective emotion which, if acted upon promptly, enhances the positive emotion, rejects the negative emotion and strengthens the value of the appropriate decision making.

It was further recognized that there are 21 emotions and they were structured into 3 categories. They are:

  • 10 positive emotions

  • 10 negative emotions

  • 1 emotion that acts as a catalyst and can either be positive or negative.

This discovery led me to design a simple and precise system to determine the exact emotions one experiences when faced with a choice in life. I then designed "The 21 Emotions Exercise" .

Hundreds of people have now used the exercise to elucidate and facilitate their decision processes, in both, complex and simple decision making. Their reaction has been one of amazement in discovering their newly gained ability to have control of their thoughts. Letters and quotes testify for those who categorically state they have found a positive resolve to their indecisiveness, they have greatly improved their ability to make decisions and have significantly reduced their stress level patterns. The exercise takes only a few minutes to complete and has proven to be most simple.

The world of sports has further taught me that practice makes good; frequency makes better; and, consistency makes excellent; so it is with "The 21 Emotions Exercise" commitment.

The impact of understanding how emotions affect our daily lives has demonstrated we can outreach our limits of achievement on a consistent basis; new applications of the exercise are made every day. There are no limitations.

Many have used the exercise to improve their relationships with their partner. Some use it to create a new self-attitude and positive mind-set. Our spirit has the ability to delve in our subconscious mind and seek answers to guide our decisions. We have to make the final choice.
