TERRORIST "FLUCASE" WEBSITE

                                                                                         do not support the "FLUCASE" site

According to Jane Burgermeister, www.theflucase.com is considered by government agencies worldwide to be a terrorism site. She was barred from the site, by the webmaster, during the time of certain terrorist activities. Authorities recently attempted to bring into force a law in Austria (where Jane Burgermeister resides) which would enable them to arrest people who accessed the site. This could also affect people in the United States, since similar draconian federal "laws" may be put into force.

Jane Burgermeister, who sued principals in the international mass murder vaccination program, is under severe persecution, and deserves whatever support you can give.

It is not correct procedure, in any country, to arrest people, or question them, for accessing any web site, no matter what illegal activities took place on the site, because one cannot know all that has taken place on web sites.

It is advised that all references to www.theflucase.com be taken down from all sites. In place of that, people should put www.birdflu666.wordpress.com.  No-one should access the www.theflucase.com site.

In my circumstance, it's a bit more severe than me accessing, or linking to, the site. For that reason I must make a statement, here, for the record. Google has a link to the "flucase" site, accessible by entering my name, Bruce Kettler, and Jane Burgermeister. On the linked page is, "http://www.wearechangehuerfano.us" and "Check out this great website by Bruce Kettler from We Are Change Huerfano..."

My, Bruce Kettler's, statement, August 8, follows:

Until yesterday, (August 7, 2010) I had no knowledge of any terrorist activity on the www.theflucase.com website. I learned of such activity from the Jane Burgermeister site: www.birdflu666.wordpress.com yesterday.

From Jane Burgermeister, I read the following: "Johan Niklasson’s [webmaster of www.theflucase.com] ...report inciting people to random violence and murder of people on some indefinite 10,000 list..."

So-called "laws" passed in any country, which classify people who access certain web sites as terrorists, are illogical and unreasonable.  I have not committed any crime, no matter what site references me, or We Are Change, and I have never been involved in any terrorist activity, at any time.

My activitism has been to perpetuate the continued rule of law, especially that of the Constitution of the United States. All so-called "laws" that contradict the Constitution of the United States are null and void. All so-called "laws" in other countries that deprive citizens of established rights, such as those granted by the Magna Carta in the UK, are also null and void.

That means not only the owner of the flucase domain name – Niklasson himself – but anyone who visited the website can now be classified as a supporter of terrorist activities.

Under new anti-terror laws in Europe, having such a classification in your file could potentially spell arrest. In Austria, supporting terrorism activities will carry a two year jail sentence under new legislation that was due to come into force on August 1st, but that has now been postponed for the next legislature.

The flucase website was visited by millions of people, and almost everyone who left their IP address [by viewing the site] is now a potential target.
