The meaning of "PSI" and "COUNSEL"

PSI
...a greek letter, signifying Parapsychological phenomena or abilities considered as a group.
PARAPSYCHOLOGY
Psychological phenomena, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, and psychokinesis...

So, the above has to do with a factor of influence and perception extending beyond the 5 senses of sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell.
It can extend beyond the present, to the past and future. That includes perception with prophecy and influence by removal of demons. Jesus' example of moving mountains would be psychokinesis. So also was the parting of the Red Sea. Jesus knew the thoughts of men, and the events
of the future. That is telepathy and clairvoyance.

COUNSEL

Advice or guidance, especially as solicited from a knowledgeable person - IE: PSI COUNSEL. On this site, it clearly means to counsel people about the power Yahweh (God) gives to his people.

In fact, Jesus spoke of influence and perception of a paranormal nature. He not only condoned it, he told His diciples they can cast out demons, and spoke of others being able to do what he had done. Other scripture tells us that many of us should utilize such powers. You are cautioned, however, that such power can be used unlawfully, by the power of, and for the end purpose of, Satan -- to your own destruction. So, be sure you understand salvation. See link.
