First of all, who and what are the "Globalists"?

They are also referred to as "ruling elite" and "The New World Order."  You can find out more about them, and their activities, on this page, and in links from it.

Targets include nations that have not submitted to their economic and political rule, which they seek to defeat militarily.  Others nations they seek to control from within.  Another target is to murder approximately 80 percent of the World's human population.

Right now their main target is the general population of the United States.  They seek to kill most whether they resist or not, disarm all, imprison some, dumb down all, make  many of them sick, control them all, and eliminate the middle class - making all of those who do not resist, slaves.
