It's interesting how cults have the common attribute of being able to keep all their members thinking and acting along the same patterns. To the SKEP-TI-CULT, all people who earn money through paranormal channels are, supposedly, charlatans. They are, to the SKEP-TI-CULT, all frauds.

There was never any need for Kristine to find a reason (ie. an act, or a statement) for making that accusation. The only indication needed was my status.

It is very easy to ascertain whether a person's words spout forth indications of cult or just plain "skeptical person."

The cultist has an agenda, and many very predictable patterns of thought.

The true skeptic is just, plain, skeptical, and will speak their mind without a sense of accomplishing some mission.

I'm writing to alt.paranormal and other similar newsgroups, including alt.fan.art-bell. I'm not trying to convert. The designation of these newsgroups indicates an interest in these subjects. On the other hand, people like yourself, who would best post in SCI.SKEPTIC and similar newsgroups, who post in alt.paranormal, are the one's trying to convert. See the comment of the founder of alt.paranorma. This is Steve Reiser's E-mail link. When you click at this page you may read his writing which is the result of much experience to back him up. He writes that so-called "skeptics" place much force into their aim to convert paranormal enthusiasts.
