This is an update from me, Jane Burgermeister, to inform you about what I am doing right now.I am preparing charges against Dr Margaret Chan the Director General of the WHO for planning and executing genocide. I am also filing criminal charges against the supporter of Bill Deagle who issued a death threat against me. I will also file criminal charges against Bill Deagle, True Ott, JoAnne Cremer among others for defamation, obstruction of justice, fraudulent misrepresentation and for obtaining the confidential police file number of the Baxter investigation in Austria under false pretences.

WHO issued its instructions on the formal advice of a vaccine expert group called "SAGE" that is also composed of executives from Baxter, Sanofi, Novartis and other vaccine manufacturers who have "observer" status.
To clarify: WHO has given lucrative contracts, worth billions in the USA alone, to Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi among others for the H1N1 vaccination programme mandated by WHO on the advice of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi and these same vaccine companies, in what is surely a clear-cut conflict of interest.
Also, WHO, a UN public health body legally obliged to promote world health, has given these contracts to vaccine companies such as Baxter in spite of their poor record, and in spite of an ongoing criminal investigation into Baxter's contamination of 72 kilos of influenza material with the live bird flu virus, obtained originally from WHO.
In addition, there is evidence WHO, the CDC, Baxter and other vaccine companies are also engaged in actively seeking out pathogens, bioengineering them to make more lethal and patenting these viruses, and that they developed and released the H1N1 virus.
The "swine flu" is an artificial virus never before seen in pigs or humans as WHO itself implicitly acknowledged when it switched officially to the term "H1N1? and dropped the designation "swine."
Finally, in the event of a pandemic emergency, WHO obtains sweeping new global powers as national governments around the world are dissolved and replaced by special "crisis committees" answerable to WHO and the EU or UN under pandemic plans. In such an "emergency", WHO takes over not just the health but also the security and communications infrastructure of a country.
WHO's pandemic control room is linked to supercomputers of the UN and their security forces.
The WHO is bankrolled by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Rothschild Group. I rang the Rothschild Group with an inquiry as to the funding and am waiting for a reply from 0033 1 4256 44 46 to find out what financial links exist between WHO and the Rothschild Group and or Foundations if any as alleged.
The transcript of the WHO press briefing indicates the H1N1 jab will be very toxic indeed.
However, liability in case of damage or death has been limited for vaccine companies in advance by numerous legal provisions.
Tacked on to the homeland security bill (H.R. 5710) are also numerous special-interest provisionsthat limit the liability of vaccine companies as well.
This bill was passed by President George Bush, whose grandfather Prescott Bush, sat on the board of the vaccine manufacturer Eli Lilly. Prescott Bush also helped finance Nazi leader's Adolf Hitler's rise to power.

With WHO's Dr Margaret Chan expected to announce on Monday manadatory flu jabs for the USA and Europe this autumn – the organization's guidelines are in fact binding on all 194 signatory countries to WHO's International Health Regulations — it is important to remember that it was WHO which initiated research in the early 1970s into turning vaccines into killers in three steps using a sequence of three specific jabs.Vaccine experts Dr Rebecca Carley, Patricia Jordan and Patrick Jordan will be discussing two key memoranda from WHO, discovered by Patrick Jordan, which prove WHO intentionally developed a three-shot vaccine to kill people on "What's Ailing America?" this Saturday at 3 PM EST www.republicbroadcasting.org.
1972 WHO Bulletin 47, No 2 Memordanda (memo) #1 and #2 technically outline the ability to create biological weapons in the form of vaccines that:
1) First totally disable the Immune System.
2) Load every cell of the Victim's body up with Infection.
3) Switch the Immune System on causing the host to kill themselves in a Cytokine Storm.One, Two, Three, Dead.
Just the first two doses will be lethal.
According to a report in the Washington Post, 10 July, students are to be the first in line for the jab along with school-age children.
"People will probably need to get two doses at least several weeks apart to be protected," says the report.
However, these shots are not designed to protect but to kill as the WHO memoranda prove.

A theory is something that people believe, as a result of certain facts. A fact is self evident. We go outside, look at the sun at high noon, and say it's daytime. There is no theory to that. It's just a fact. Fiction is just a story that's not true.
This paragraph is being added September 18, 2009. There is a great deal of data that has come in since this analysis was first written. Ingredients of vaccines have been examined by competent professionals. Trials have been started, and illnesses reported. It's a whole different picture, now.
Now, let's look at what the INTERNET is. It's just a compilation of fact, theory, and fiction. It's DATA. We don't believe something because it's on the INTERNET. We don't believe something because it's taught in a UNIVERSITY, by a PROFESSOR, from a TEXT BOOK. You don't believe every word that's written in every book in a library, either - not if you have any sense you don't.
I've made it clear what are acceptable research methods. Just go to the page and check out what, by acceptable academic standards, good research is.
There's good theory, and bad theory. Good theory has a greater weight of evidence than bad theory.
There are two fictions that we need to clear up. One is that DATA from the INTERNET is universally flawed. No, the INTERNET contains all kinds of data. The other is that people who write and talk about conspiracies are addressing "conspiracy theories." No, there are conspiracy theories, and there are conspiracy facts. If I write of something that is a theory, I'll say it's a theory. When I write of fact, I'll say it's a fact.
By acceptable scientific methodology, it's been discovered that the events of 9-11 were brought about by a conspiracy of people, other than those depicted in the mainstream press. That is because the buildings were not brought down by crashed airplanes, and those accused of the crimes were incapable of planting explosives in the buildings, because security would have to be breached in an unusual manner. There is far more data that proves conspiracy fact in that case, and I'm not going into it here. I'm merely writing about this matter to give an illustration of conspiracy fact.
Our topic, here, is FORCED INOCCULATIONS, PLACING POISON IN THE PEOPLE'S BODIES, and how to avoid it.
I'll start, here, by telling you of a fact that I cannot prove. I was in downtown Walsenburg some months back before all this Swine Flu scare. I noticed that the Department of Defense (DOD) had a number of vehicles, with parking permits on the dashboards, from Fort Carson. Now, what were they doing in the vicinity of the Sheriff's Department, the Police Department, and the County Courts? I don't know. I can speculate that they were exerting some pressure on the local authorities to organize a program in the event of a pandemic. I speculate on that because DOD is cited as a Government Agency involved in this flu business from a number of sources. It's speculation, it's theory, and weak theory at that. However, I have to put it out there along with the other data.
Another factor that gives weight to the above theory is that Federal Authorities have been exerting pressure on local governments throughout the U.S. to organize, in advance, for disasters.
The difficulty I have, here, opening people's minds to the truth, is that fact is stranger than fiction, and people find it hard to understand the truth.
People run from the truth, because it is unpleasant. People cannot believe anyone can be so evil, because they are not.
The truth is like pieces of a puzzle, forming a complete picture.
The truth is like the number 10, consisting of numbers 2 and 2 and 4 and 1 and 1. I can give you the individual numbers, and ask you to add them up.
2 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 1 = 10
The complete truth of this matter of world domination by a few evil people has been washed out of the minds of the general population. They have been forced to disbelieve. Most have been distracted by fiction, that the governments of the world love them, and that those same countries are individually led. Others who believe in world government, often enough, think those who run it are good, and want to help people.
Now, let's pretend we are putting together a jigsaw puzzle. We have pieces. We lay them out on the floor, and when the pieces are put together and form a picture, we can conclude that they could not fit together in any other way. If all the shapes are random, and there are only a few pieces, and the picture is clear, what else can we conclude but what the picture shows?
As for a past event, like the events of September 11, 2001, we can conclude it was brought about by elements within the U.S. Government, and other governments. The evidence is overwhelming. The mainstream media does not inform most people of that evidence. However, that's a past event. For an upcoming future event, there can be no absolute CONCLUSION, because it has not occurred yet, and even if we determine that certain plans have been made, there could become an inability to carry out those plans.
So, we cannot predict with 100 percent certainty such events in the future. However, we can give percentages of probability. As of September 18, 2009, there is considerable probability that there will be attempted forced vaccinations worldwide. Already, certain countries have instututed forced vaccinations. However, how successful they will be at forcing this upon the people of the U.S., depends upon the people, how much they know, and how much they will put up with. I'd say, right now, 60 percent of the people on the earth will resist forced vaccinations, at this point. However, there will be greater concentrations of resistance in certain areas of the US, and the world, where more people are awakened to the New World Order Agenda.
The more people who resist, the less likely they will be able to carry out their plans. They do not have an infinite number of soldiers, police, or others to carry out their agenda. There is a good chance they will be defeated before they get their agenda off the ground, by their own minions.
What is the percentage probability that the vaccine will kill most people within 5 years after being injected? It's about 98 percent.
Let's pretend we are adding numbers. In the same way, we logically follow a number of facts to their logical conclusion.
How do we determine what facts are? Look to the page on research. Examine it.
Let's take fact 1: Baxter is a company that produced a vaccine which could have been instrumental in creating a pandemic.
Let's take fact 2: Baxter was commissioneed to produce a vaccine to "help" the people, and avoid the Swine flu.
Let's take fact 3: The vaccine was to be ready during July 2009, before the time of this update.
Let's take fact 4: Most of the people in control of much of the world's power have shown
they have hurt people in many ways. Being psychopaths, they even
publicly brag about what harm they have brought to the people.Let's take fact 5: Vaccinations cause the flu. In 1918, vaccinations caused 50 million people to die of the flu.
Let's take fact 6: Bodies of people who died from the 1918 flu, have been dug up, and the virus cultivated.
Let's take fact 7: The World Health Organization, an international body, has mandated certain countries

has made it clear that every man, woman, and child will be vaccinated. France tried
to hide their martial law plans, but the people are resisting. Ireland has ruled, publicly,

The primary method of spreading the disease will be first by voluntary vaccinations and spreading the disease in the air, and then by forced vaccinations.

You have placed a hostage negotiator to call the robbers on the phone.
Now, I get all this from the movies. I hope I have it right. There is a high ranking law enforcement officer to head it up, a group of armed law enforcement officers to take orders outside the bank behind cars and trucks, a sniper on a roof who takes orders by radio, and some guy who's primary ability is in hostage negotiation.
Now, you shut off the electricity on a hot day. The people inside are sweating, and uncomfortable. The guy who runs the robbery tells your negotiator that if you don't turn on the electricity, he will kill 5 people. You call his bluff. Next thing you know 5 dead bodies are thrown off the roof. What do you do? You turn on the electricity.
He's a credible killer, and has 85 more hostages that are still alive inside.
Then, he says that he wants sandwiches and cold beer. He has millions of dollars, now air conditioning, and he wants sandwiches and cold beer. You know he's going to require a car to the airport, and safe passage eventually. For now, the sandwiches and beer will keep the 85 hostages alive.
He's a credible killer, and has 85 more hostages that are still alive, so you have some beer and sandwiches delivered.
Now, let's look at the United States of America's hijacked "government" in Washington DC. They tell stories about how so many people, supposedly, cannot be sustained on the earth, as one example. They tell people that most scientists believe the global warming myth. Most scientists don't, and that's another myth. There is such a thing as global warming, but it doesn't happen because of activity on the earth.
However, in certain respects THEY ARE VERY CREDIBLE. Their centuries old history, stated plans, and actual present activity reveals they are mass murderers. Like ordinary person serial killers who like to brag to the police and the press of their conquests, these people take great pride in murder. They support leaders who kill off millions of their own populations. They create wars that kill many more.
They have plans to kill, at the very least, 80 percent of the earth's population. If they succeed, those left alive will hardly be "living," because the type of slavery, both physical and mental, will be hardly worth sustaining. Most of those left alive will be drugged so bad they will hardly know what is real, but they will think they are happy because of the drugs.
Let's get a glimpse, from some of these people, what they have been implementing. You will find that some of what they predicted about a century ago, they are doing now. These people are very credible in certain respects. One point, well made, was that they'd mess people's minds up with "diet, injections, and injunctions" so bad, they'd not be able to fight back. What do you see happening now? The people are so mentally ill, they have no idea what is real. God help us that their planned end results are not fully brought to force.
